Fort Hill Creeping Phlox
Phlox subulata 'Fort Hill', commonly known as Fort Hill Creeping Phlox, is a low-growing, mat-forming perennial with dense, needle-like foliage and lavender-pink flowers that bloom in mid to late spring. Thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, this variety is ideal for rock gardens, ground cover, and borders. The soft, pink blooms of Fort Hill provide a delicate, pastel accent to the garden, attracting pollinators.
