Small Yellow Foxglove
The Small Yellow Foxglove, Digitalis lutea, is a charming perennial known for its slender spikes of delicate, pale yellow tubular flowers that bloom in late spring to early summer. The plant's narrow, lance-shaped green leaves provide a lovely backdrop to the elegant flower spikes, which can reach up to 2-3 feet in height. This foxglove variety is more compact than its larger relatives, making it an excellent choice for cottage gardens, borders, or naturalized areas. It thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-draining soil with moderate moisture. The Small Yellow Foxglove is a beautiful addition to any garden, adding a touch of soft, understated color and classic elegance to the landscape.
