Weeping Nootka Cypress
Weeping Nootka Cypress (Chamaecyparis nootkatensis 'Pendula') is a coniferous evergreen tree that features gracefully arching branches that sweep towards the ground. The tree can grow up to 20 feet tall and 10 feet wide, with a weeping habit that creates a dramatic landscape feature. The foliage is dense and blue-green in color, with small cones that add interest to the tree. The Weeping Nootka Cypress prefers full sun to partial shade and well-draining soil. It is a hardy and low-maintenance tree that is ideal for use as a specimen plant or in groupings in the landscape.
